Mission Impossible 2 picks up where the first film left off, with Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) taking on a new mission to stop a rogue agent named Sean Ambrose (Dougray Scott). Ambrose has stolen a deadly virus and plans to sell it to the highest bidder. Ethan must use his skills and gadgets to take down Ambrose and his accomplices.
